I have endeavored to find all deeds involving the Cobb family from the establishment of Caldwell Co. on 1 May 1809 through 1856, but a few may have been missed. For other persons below those deeds included are by no means exhaustive.
All parties were shown as "of" Eddyville and/or Caldwell Co. unless stated otherwise below.

I have attempted to use a consistent format for the information, which does not exist in the original.
