     Frank Aikins Cobb was born on 5 Dec 1898 in Lyon Co., Kentucky.7,8,9 He married Lillian Davis, daughter of Sam Houston Davis and Mary E. (surname unknown), about 1922.10,11,12 He died on 2 Jan 1973 in Goldthwaite, Mills Co., Texas, at age 74.13 He was buried on 4 Jan 1973 in Oak View Cemetery, Mullin, Texas.1
     He appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Kuttawa, Lyon Co., Kentucky, in the household of his parents, Jefferson Davis Cobb and Mary Ellen Kinsolving.4 He appeared on the 1910 Federal Census Texas in the household of his parents.5
     Frank registered for the draft for World War I on 12 Sep 1918, while living at Mullen, Texas, reporting he was employed in farming by his father.2 He appeared on the 1920 Federal Census Texas in the household of his parents.14
     Frank and Lillian Davis appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Mills Co., Texas, at Hann Valley Rd., enumerated 29 Apr 1930, reporting that they rented their home, and owned a radio. Their children Frank were listed as living with them.15
     He was a farmer, and later a maintenance worker on a railroad in 1955.16,17
