     She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents, Frances L. Spangler and Lula A. Jackson.4 She appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents.5
     Mary married Howard Thompson Fenker, son of Clement Meade Fenker and Margaret Viola Thompson, in Dec 1949 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.3,13,14
     She was a switchboard operator at a brewery, reporting in the 1950 census she had worked 40 hours the prior week and earned $1,800 in 1949.18
     Mary and Howard appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 27 West Daniels, enumerated 14 Apr 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm and he had lived in a different house but the same county the year before.19
     About 1952 Mary and Howard were living at 3182 Werk Rd., Cincinnati, and they continued to live there until about 1956.20
     Mary and Howard later moved to Florida, but just when is unknown.21,22
     Mary died on 19 Jun 2001 in Florida at age 74.15,16,17
