      Frank E. Reigle was born in Nov 1892 in Sumner Co., Kansas.7,8,9
     He appeared on the 1895 State Census of Crow, Glenwood Twp., Phillips Co., Kansas, in the household of his parents, William David Riegel and Mary J. Quakenbush.14
     He appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Sumner Twp., Phillips Co., Kansas, in the household of his parents.5
     Frank and several of his siblings were temporarily left with neighbors when his parents moved to Missouri about 1905.15,16 He was staying with Tenis Peterson in Crystal Twp. In late May 1905 he entered the stall of a vicious mule, after having been cautioned not to. The animal trampled and chewed him, causing grave injuries. He suffered for several days before his death.17
     Frank died from his injuries on 1 Jun 1905 in Phillips Co., Kansas, at age 12.10,11,12 He was buried on 7 Jun 1905 in Dubois Cemetery, Crystal Twp., Phillips Co., Kansas.13
