Narrative:

     Mary Logan was born about 1773 in Botetourt Co., Virginia.8,9,10 She moved in 1791 to Lincoln Co., Kentucky, with her parents, John Logan.17,18
     Mary married James Logan, son of James Logan, on 16 Nov 1792 in Lincoln Co., Kentucky.11,12,13 She was probably the female age 26 to 45 listed in the household of her husband, James Logan, in the 1810 Federal Census of Shelby, Co..19 She was probably the female over age 45 listed in the household of her husband, James Logan, in the 1820 Federal Census of Shelby Co., Kentucky.20
     Mary was named an heir in the will of her husband, dated 14 Sep 1829 in Shelby Co., Kentucky, to receive for her natural life one third of his entire estate, both personal and real. This included a part of the house where they lived, incluidng the kitchen and three rooms next to it, the smoke house, and the barn.21 She was probably the female age 50 to 60 listed in the household of her husband, James Logan, in the 1830 Federal Census of Shelby Co., Kentucky.22 She was probably the female age 60 to 70 listed in the household of her husband, James Logan, in the 1840 Federal Census of Shelby Co., Kentucky.23
     Mary died on 20 Feb 1844 in Shelby Co., Kentucky.14,15 She was buried in Shelbyville Cemetery, Shelby Co., Kentucky.16
